1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return policy. You can return products if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • All original tags, boxes, and packaging are intact.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@shoescms.com or visit the 'My Orders' section in your profile. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.


3. Refund Process & Timelines
Refund Timing:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


4. Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
